Miriam De Dios Woodward Named to Business Record's Forty Under 40 List

Miriam De Dios Woodward, CEO of PolicyWorks, LLC, was named to the 20th annual list of the Des Moines Business Record's Forty under 40.
(Des Moines, Iowa) – Miriam De Dios Woodward, CEO of PolicyWorks, LLC, was named to the 20th annual list of the Des Moines Business Record’s Forty under 40. The list is made up of forty local business leaders under the age of 40 who have “demonstrated impressive career achievements and unparalleled community involvement.” De Dios Woodward, along with others on the list, will be recognized in an event on March 28 at the Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel.
De Dios Woodward has been with the Affiliates Management Company’s (AMC) family of companies since 2007, currently serving as CEO of PolicyWorks, and prior served as CEO of Coopera, a Hispanic market solutions company and sister-company to PolicyWorks. Under her leadership since 2012, Coopera served more than 1 million Hispanic consumers, worked with more than 200 credit unions, league and industry partners, and expanded services to more than 30 states. Additionally, De Dios Woodward has become a thought leader in the credit union and broader financial services movement, speaking across the country on the importance of diversity and inclusion.

In addition to the work De Dios Woodward has done as CEO, she also dedicates her time to serving on several boards and supporting local causes. Presently, she sits on the board of the Food Bank of Iowa, Iowa State University College of Business Women in Business Advisory Board, Iowa Clearinghouse for Work-Based Learning Advisory Board and is a Latina Leadership Initiative mentor.
